Kia ora. Welcome to Train with Trudz. My name is Trudz Lelievre. Im from a place called Turanganui a Kiwa (Gisborne, NZ). I have been involved in the Health & Fitness industry for 15 years from Body Building to Les Mills Master Instructor to Life Coach to Successful Business Woman to Serving the Community. Owned and operated a highly successful gym called Taha Ora Fitness. In 2020 I operate out of ANYTIME FITNESS-Gisborne where I continue to motivate and inspire 1000s of people using techniques and programs that are safe, effective and proven to work.

TRUDZ STORY
IN THE BEGINNING
Trudz is a Maori Woman who started with nothing but a passion and desire to succeed and accomplish the unthinkable. She competed in and won a number of regional and Asia Pacific Body building competitions. She went on to win Miss Physique NZ and then placed 5th on the World Body Building stage. During this time she became a Les Mills MASTER Instructor.
Personal Instructor
She also became a Personal Instructor, Life Coach & Business Woman who established a very successful gym inspiring and motivating 1000s of people of all shapes and sizes become a better version of themselves. It wasn't easy as Trudz learnt to build a foundation with the bricks others have thrown at her. In 2020 her message is simple: The Best Gift you can give your Whanau is a Healthy YOU.

COLLABORATION
TAHAORA Fitness collaborates with ANYTIME FITNESS, Gisborne to deliver Group Fitness, Whanau Fitness, Personal Training & Fight Fit classes.
2015-2020
UPSKILLED in TRX, YOGA and POWER PLATE
In order to provide a wider scope of health related services Trudz went out and learnt both techniques and delivery methods for TRX, YOGA and Power Plates and added these to her already extensive skill set.
